What we do
Apollo Musicum is a group of music-makers, sharing a love of music by performing a wide variety of quality music of most genres.
Recitals and entertainments include:
- formal concerts
- incidental music for weddings
- music for ceremonies, civic events, or fund-raising events
- music for theatre and film productions
- musical entertainment for retirement villagers or similar
We can compose music for a particular event and Apollo Musicum is also a teaching academy for all levels from beginners to senior levels. Other orchestral instruments and vocal coaching can be taught by special arrangements.
Who we are
Apollo Musicum is a Charity (CC50686) comprising ensembles including vocalists and instrumentalists performing as
- soloists
- duets
- string quartets
- chamber orchestras
- choirs
These are groups comprised of professionals, teachers, and skilled advancing students as well as invited aspirants performing with instruments or vocally.
Costs
We negotiate a fee to cover the particular event – every event is slightly different. A non-refundable booking fee of $50 may be payable. At the conclusion of an event, an invoice is raised for the negotiated balance according to scope.
When relevant, patrons purchase entry tickets, $25 per person or $15 for seniors, students, unwaged. Apollo may waive fees in the case of some fund-raising endeavours.
